How do I give a valid referral?

1. Online: Submit the "Bonus Program Form" on the right by filling out all required fields.

2. In person: Hand out our “Bonus Program Card” if you have it to a potential new customer (in order for the referral to be valid when using a Rent-A-Bookkeeper “bonus card,” the back of the card must be filled out with (1) the referrers name and phone number and (2) the name and phone number of the referred client. The card must be presented at initial consultation).

Important: make sure your phone number on the back of the Bonus Program Card is correct, so we can contact you to gather your mailing information in the event your referral qualifies.

FAQ - HOW IT WORKS

How much will I earn by giving a referral?
You will EARN $50 (Fifty U.S. Dollars) for every qualified referral* you give to us (payable by company check to your name).

When will I get paid for my referral?
In order for the referrer to receive his/her referral bonus, the client that has been referred must make a payment of $250 or more to Rent-A-Bookkeeper for services rendered. When the payment has cleared, you will receive your referral bonus.

Can I refer the same customer multiple times?
You can only claim one referral fee of $50 for each referral that qualifies (see qualified referral*). Multiple referrals to the same customer will not qualify.

Can I refer myself?
You can refer yourself only one time.

How much will the referred customer save?
The referred customer will receive a one-time $50 discount that will be applied to their first total invoice of $250 or more.

What services count towards the $50 discount ?
You can choose between bookkeeping and/or QuickBooks help (QuickBooks set up, installation and training).

Service Limitations:

Bookkeeping and/or Quickbooks help on location (in your office):
The services rendered, valued at $250 or more may be accrued over a maximum of 2 visits on location.

Remote Bookkeeping and/or Quickbooks help (online):
The services rendered, valued at $250 or more may be accrued over multiple remote sessions.

* What is a Qualified Referral? In order for a referral to be “qualified,” the new referred client must make a payment of $250 or more to Rent-A-Bookkeeper for services rendered. When the payment has cleared, the referral is considered “qualified.”
